This is a very handsome vintage Wittnauer wristwatch that runs great and is in beautiful condition. We believe this watch is from the 1950s.
The Swiss movement is caliber 11TN based on caliber Revue 76, with 17 jewels, serial number 013626 and is unadjusted.
The gorgeous silver two-tone dial features attractive gold-applied Roman numerals and gold sword-shaped hands with a gold stick sub second hand. The sub second is located at 6 o'clock. The dial is signed Wittnauer and Swiss. The gold dial shows a light patina indicative of its age.
This Wittnauer comes in a vintage two-piece black leather strap with a gold buckle.
